Cancellation Policy

For live webinars, you have 3 options:

1. If you are cancelling within 2 weeks of the webinar, you may receive a full refund, minus a $10.00 administration fee.

2. You may have a colleague attend the seminar in your place, but must notify us within two weeks of the seminar regarding who will be attending and their email contact information. They will need to sign up, using a coupon that we will send them.
 

3. If you would like to choose another Schema Therapy Training Canada webinar, you may transfer to that one with no administration fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  All cancellations and changes must be received in writing by email to fmiller.schemacda@gmail.com within 2 weeks of the webinar you have signed up for.
